What is the SD LAX  HPL Academic Biathlon?

The SDLAX HPL Academic Biathlon is a creative problem-solving adventure that teaches and rewards creative and divergent thought processes, cooperative brainstorming, general intellect, leadership and a flair for the dramatic­–all while providing an entertaining and educational experience for all. Four-person teams will complete the Academic Biathlon while displaying good sportsmanship and teamwork. Each team will ultimately showcase the outcomes of creativity and positive risk-taking.
2025-2026 Guidelines & Information
The Academic Biathlon School Event is facilitated by participating Schools. If your school is not in the event, there is a virtual option. Both elementary and middle schools are invited to particpate!
