NEW!! 2024-2025 HPL CHESS CHALLENGE
WHAT:
There will be 2 rounds. Students will have until May 15 to complete both rounds.
Round one: September 15 to February 1
Round two: February 1 to May 15
GUIDELINES:
- Test your chess knowledge! Answer questions and solve chess related problems!
- All elementary and middle schools students may participate in the HPL Chess Challenge.
- Students participate individually.

GUIDELINES:
- Each round consists of 10 or more questions.
- Students will have 1 minute per question to answer.
- Students first try will officially count.
- Students will accumulate points throughout the competition.
- Top finishers will be recognized at the conclusion of the event. Must Complete both rounds to be eligible for awards and accurately complete the name, grade, and school questions within the challenge.
